Since our last update, there has been a great deal of construction progress recently. With two tower cranes installed, retention works and foundation piles for both towers are completed. The Podium Structure is complete up to level 4 and internal works within the basement are underway. Focus now shifts to the Apartment Tower Structure with VSO1 Level 5 slab poured and Level 6 slab expected to be poured before Christmas 2019.
We are on track for completion of first two towers in Q4 2020, welcoming approximately 450 families to the community next Christmas.
