VIC SQ STAGE ONE UPDATE
Growland is pleased to advise that the construction of the first stage is completed. We delighted to have started to welcome residents into their new homes at Victoria Square. And we are thrilled to announce that Victoria Square Stage One has been shortlisted for UDIA Victoria 2021 Awards for Excellence, within the High-Density Development category.
The development of Victoria Square has been holistically planned to meet and exceed your highest expectations. For future Stage Two residents we are looking forward to welcoming you to your new home at VIC SQ soon.
VIC SQ STAGE TWO CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
L.U. Simon has been appointed as the builder for Stage Two and construction has commenced since July 2021. If you have been past the site recently you will know that there has been some great progress in place:
- Tower Crane erected for VS04;
- Capping Beam construction is completed;
- Bulk Excavation works underway;
- Remediation Works underway;
- Ground Anchors installation underway;
- Perimeter shotcrete walls underway.
Completion of Stage Two is anticipated for Mid-2023.
COVID-19 UPDATE
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are constantly monitoring the situation and keep you informed about the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community. The health and safety of our workers, future residents and the community are of paramount importance to us as we assist buyers navigate this difficult time.
We are happy to advise that construction industry resumed operation from 5 October 2021. LU Simon team will be on-site again with the main aim to build your dream home. As we move into Spring, construction activity continues at VIC SQ and will do so until advised otherwise by the regulatory authorities.
