CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Growland is pleased to be able to give our buyers peace of mind that their homes will be delivered on time and to the highest degree of quality. Following is an update on recent construction progress at VIC SQ Stage 2 (VS. O3 & VS. O4).
- Installation of Precast Columns to Lower Ground completed.
- Installation of Precast Columns to Ground & First Floor is underway.
- VS. O3 core walls poured up to Level 7.
- VS. O4 core walls poured up to Level 6.
- Suspended Slab Construction completed for Lower Ground 1.
- Suspended Slab Construction for Ground and Level 1 underway.
We are on track for completion of these two towers in Mid-2023.
